Building on the exploration begun in 2022 with "dear computer, imagine me," re-imagine me goes deeper into exploring the interplay between human identity and artificial intelligence. The final piece is an artwork that employs text-to-image techniques to investigate the hybridism between my physical and digital personas

Initially, working with GANs for "dear computer, imagine me" (2022) revealed the limitations of that model's imagination, constrained by its restricted training datasets. In contrast, the advent of the StableDiffusion model, trained on the expansive LAION5B dataset, opened new avenues for creativity. This model enabled a more profound exploration of the fusion between my physical self and the AI’s expansive "imagination."
By inputting textual prompts carefully engineered into the AI, I generated images that blend aspects of my real-world appearance with the AI's creative interpretations. This process creates a unique representation and creatively connects the tangible and the virtual.

Dear computer, re-imagine me serves as both a personal exploration and a broader artistic commentary on the evolving nature of identity in the digital age and transformative potential of AI in reimagining it.
